Using supply chain experience to improve bottom line

This project came out really well. Case study below. On a personal note, it strikes me how applicable supply chain experience is to improving the top and bottom lines for any manufacturing business.
The right focus on inventory management, transportation strategies, risk management, process flows, demand forecasting etc is probably the most effective approach to optimizing cost to serve, cash-to-cash cycle, and customer service levels.
